Biography

Dusk
She/Her
___________________
Shadow Bender
Advisor to the Monarch
Umbra Wolf
Dusk is a very withdrawn shadow bender. Not in that she bends darkness, per se - that would simply be using light bending to remove light from an area rather than provide it. Instead, she can create and bend what she calls "shadows," amorphous shapes of blackness that absorb light. She can usually be seen - or rather, can't be seen - shrouding herself in them, for the sole reason that she doesn't like others looking at her. If you happen to see one of these shadows meandering about the lair, that's just Dusk making her rounds. Best that you stand clear, though: it can be very hard for her to see from within it.
Now, all of this isn't to say that she's impersonal, or that she's uninterested in the other members of the clan. If you attempt to talk with her, she'll be more than willing to engage, and she is regularly the one to initiate conversation (usually to apologize for bumping into someone). But as soon as the discussion has reached it's natural end, or if she simply has nothing else to say, she'll wander off without another word.

She and Dawn joined the clan some time ago. However, no one is quite certain of their origins. Some in the clan believe them to simply be eccentric sisters, while others believe them to be spirits of some sort who are masquerading as Nocturnes. When pressed for details, the two are vague in their replies, and will quickly refocus the conversation onto a different topic.

Both Dawn and Dusk often says things that are seemingly nonsensical, yet tend to hold deeper meanings. On occasion, the two have even prophesied future events. Because of this, they have been appointed as advisors of the Monarch.

Exalting Dusk to the service of the Icewarden will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
