Atrophy
The Doctor

"Atrophy might be strange but she's a fantastic doctor. If you don't mind her experimenting a little bit, that is. Maybe don't get sick or injured. Just to be safe."

Originally a wandering plague doctor, Atrophy joined Outpost Toast to further study injuries caused by electricity. Some dragons describe her as a psychopath parading as a doctor, others a glorified gravedigger. While she is a little eccentric, she's certainly not sadistic and genuinely has altruistic intentions. Her medical ethics could use a little work though.
While wandering through the Shifting Expanse, Atrophy met the Captain, who was barely older than a hatchling at the time. Interested in his health, she became his personal doctor. She has treated him for years and knows his medical history inside and out. She joined the outpost to broaden her knowledge. When Rhys was a hatchling, Atrophy discovered that he was similarly suffering from gender dysphoria and became his personal doctor. Later Detroit and Nox would join the outpost and Atrophy would also become their doctor.

That cleaver Atrophy carries around might look like a weapon, but it's really for cutting through clothes or anything trapping her patients to get at their injuries when her claws won't cut it. It's also used to cut medical herbs. And as an intimidation tool - does that look like rust to you?

Atrophy's knowledge and experience regarding transgender health has been a blessing for those in the outpost who have gender dysphoria. Atrophy and Blight are both interested in toxins and poisons, and spend their free time figuring out cures and treatments together. It's unknown if Atrophy ever takes off her plague mask. She might even sleep with it on. Weird.
