As is evident by his greyed eyes this dragon is completely blind due to a curse, it is said the cure is to fall in love. Hollow is the representation of love. Each golden moon and every flame or sparkle of shiny gold are a memory of the pleasant times shared in a relationship. All the good happy times and everything you love about them. Contrasting this starkly are the black shredded cloth he's draped in, the pain endured in suffering for the one you love. The smoke the tricks they can play and harm you with. There is beauty in pain and beauty in love.

His feathers are capable of being taken and fletched into a Cupids Arrow, ironic really. Forever aiding and storing love but unable to see or find his very own. Love at first sight does not apply here.
