a weird little artist

not quite a tundra

a strange creature that looks much like a small, round tundra dragon. he has small wings and a short mane, and does not respond when asked what he is, if not a dragon. he makes odd art of nonexistant creatures with mediums unavailable to the rest of the clan. he smells of woodsmoke and spicy chips, walks with a cane, and is always distracted. he occasionally meets with the leaders of the clan and seems to have some kind of hold over them.

he is definitely not a self-insert of the player.
