Biography
Runa was bred by Savari specifically to appeal to the Sanctuary's progenitors; they have a liking for the color blue. Silikos was who Savari wanted, and so it was Silikos she got.
But Savari raises dragons with specific colors to appeal to a clan she wishes to infiltrate, training them before she trades them to the clan. Sometimes a clan prefers buying baby dragons, so she'll use a Youth scroll on them after training, giving them an Adult scroll to use when they need to grow up.
Runa was trained as a Jeweler and taught by a master, so she could be accepted into Rana's lab, so she could "work", while really gathering information. She pretends to be homesick so she can send letters to Savari without arousing suspicion.
She doesn't slack off as a Jeweler, though! She has mastered her profession, even skilled enough to make Eternal Youth scrolls from Morganite. She makes jewelry for any of the dragons in the clan who can bring her the metal and gemstones.
One of her specialties is heating up amber to a precise temperature and folding an object (such as a gemstone or a flower) into the softened material. Once it's folded in she shapes the amber itself. These sell for quite a high price at the Auction House, helping to fill the Sanctuary's coffers; she also sends some back to Savari so she can sell them to keep the Casino running.
No one really knows what Savari does with the intel she gets from other clans. Maybe she just likes doing it to pass the time? Or maybe something more sinister is at play.
