Samehada is one of the seven sentient swords of Kirigakure. She consists of scales and instead of cutting, she saws. Samehada is passed down from generation to generation, and when her last wielder was killed by Kisame, he took the sword as his own.
Samehada is feeding on chakra and attracted to people with a lot of it. Since Kisame has an enormous amount of chakra, Samehada grows fond of him quite easily and stays loyal to him. They even spent so much time together that their chakra nature is able to become similar, giving them the ability to fuse. A weak wielder with less chakra will be taken over by Samehada on her own accord by fusing with him, resulting in the person going on a rampage. Whenever someone she does not like touches her, Samehada will grow spikes and hurt the hand holding her. She is very picky regarding her owners. Character: ❖ - sentient - ❖ ❖ - gluttonous - ❖ ❖ - loyal - ❖ ❖ - stubborn - ❖ Samehada tends to show a pet-like charakter, moving on her own, feeling sad or angry and even showing stubborn characteristics, as she refuses to kill an opponent whose chakra she likes and thus betraying her owner. She can sense chakra and determine the location of opponents due to their chakra. The chakra she eats during fights can be used to heal her wielder and makes him able to survive even fatal attacks. By fusing with her wielder, the chakra she eats can also be used by her owner, making him able to perform powerful jutsus without tiring. The more chakra she eats, the more she is able to enlarge her whole appearance by letting her scales grow to a ridiculous size. Normally the sword is wrapped in bandages since her scales can also hurt by accident. |
