Syrah met Rosé when he agreed to help her study the origins of opalescent formations began appearing on dragons. Syrah owns and runs a vineyard near the Resort, and has become a favorite of those who enjoy wine as Syrah’s products are known for their excellent quality.

Syrah purchases extra fruit from Manasurge, as his proximity to the Resort makes for a wondeful working relationship that benefits both parties. In exchange he provides the Clan with a few bottles of his finest products when the occasion calls for it. He is also a regular vendor at the Resort's farmers market.

Syrah is both diplomatic and charismatic, which greatly aids his business. His experience owning and running the winery provides Syrah with the knowledge he needs in the industry, having taking over for his parents.

Although wine is his specialty, Syrah is just as knowledgeable when it comes to other alcohols.

Syrah is also named after a kind of wine: Syrah is made with the
same grapes as Shiraz, but is produced outside of Australia.
