Those dragons are aggressive. They protect their shoreline from every intruder.
Drifting on waves with wings spread open but impressively fast underwater, they are able to dive very deep catching their prey before it blinks, with quick reflexes.
They drink salt water and spend on/in the ocean so much time that salt accumulates on their skin into sparkling crystals. Heat-loving shells settle on their wings and some days dragons take them to the sky. When they fly, a trail of sparkling salt dust follows their path.

I think they can be congener to BLIGHT subspecies
