Daughter of Esthra. Raised along with Florence and her own son Bastion as her brother.
At first the circumstances of her birth seemed normal and without any signs of magic ability. Then, towards her adulthood she began to sprout red feathers along the inside of her lower wing. These feathers started to grow more numerous and physically large until Noverca had an entire set of second wings to accompany her own.
This phenomenon was seen for the mutation and miracle that it was by respective parties. Along with it came a number of other mutations. Eyes that were able to switch and see in all types of light ranging from infra-red to ultra-violet. Unmatched stamina and speed. Razor sharp glowing claws. Vocal chords able to mimic many different animals to the point she can hold a crude conversation with them.
Her most mage-like ability is her power to communicate with animals.
