Usu is able to create small red hot flames from her blood. It has to be spilt blood, and it has to be partially dried before she can light it on fire. No one but her knows how she does it, but she always leans close and seems to whisper to it. Almost like one who murmurs a lullaby to a young hatchling to soothe it...

Where does the light go when it dies? Born from the blood of Nokken and Invidia Usugurai continued the trend of weird personalities that seem to run in their blood. Where as most of the offspring had problems controlling their emotions, Usu seemed to have trouble actually having them. No matter how she tried it seems as if she was destined to live a dull rather uninteresting life. Her twin seemed to even her out some though. Where she was dull life Seishin seemed to radiate it. Everyone was drawn to her because she seemed to give out positive vibes effortlessly, while Usu seemed to take it. Usu didn't hate her sister for it though. She knew she wouldn't wish this on her fun-loving sister. She got enough love from her that she didn't care either way. She just wished she could find someone she could love just for herself. |
| Usu was one of the ones in charge of keeping what little flames in the cave systems in check. She removed the pollution from the caves with her wind powers and kept them lit and well fed. She hated having one go out. It was as though she lost a friend when that happened. It made the little bit of warmth she was around disappear. She hated being cold. |
