Current

Through glassy eyes, shiny like crystal balls within her skull, Mare can see only the ever growing horizon of the surface of The Sea of a Thousand Currents. She has never visited that place, and refuses to let anymore guide her there, as she knows the smells and sights just as well as any whose eyes are not blind. No one is sure if she was born like she is, or if this was a curse placed on her sometime during her life as a nomad. Or, if the dark markings around her legs, pulsing with magic, something shade or void but no one is quite sure, has anything to do with it. She doesn't like to talk about, and dragons don't tend to want to pry.

Overall, she is a friendly enough dragon, and tends to have interesting conversations if one can talk her into a subject she enjoys. Her powers tends to make the other's uncomfortable, but she assures that they don't affect anyone but her. As far as anyone knows, that is true.

Sometimes, if the stars align just right or the weather suits her needs, she can will whatever being controls her sight to dive below the surface and sink deep into the darkness of the Leviathan Trench. She is highly unnerved by that location, but explores it out of some internal order compelling her to discover. She says that overall it's just blackness and ugly, bioluminescent fish; nothing particularly frightening. The only times she doesn't like being down there is when the eyes find her, and follow her as she swims. She says they look dragon in nature, similar to her's even, to an extent. They don't harm her, but they make her skin crawl, even detached from whatever body she makes encounter them.
