Biography
The fifth member of Zephyrus.
Mate: Benthos
History: Tempest was raised in the clan of Miscere, a clan of much diversity and is a great place for hatchlings to be raised. Even though Miscere was in the Windswept Plateau, there were many dragons of other elements from all walks of life. Out of those other dragons was her grandmother, Crystaline. Crystaline, like most other water dragons, was a seer and had visions of future events. Tempest's mother, Shimmer Bug, didn't have this ability, but Tempest did.
Tempest has been friends with Crystaline since she was a hatchling, and when she had her first vision, her grandmother was there for her. Tempest isn't as powerful as her grandmother due to genetics, so it isn't as important to her as much as how her grandmother sees it. Crystaline claims her seer ability is one of the biggest parts of her life. "Seer, you, Gray, and family. That's all that matters." Gray Sky is her grandmother's mate.
Tempest had a vision one night as a teenager, where she was with a whole new clan of sweet and brave dragons, and that was when Tempest knew she had to leave Miscere. She left the next day and went where the wind took her, literally. After a few days, she found Zephyrus. There were not as many dragons as she saw in her vision, but she shrugged it off. After a month of living in Zephyrus, a new dragon came named Benthos. He was clumsy, goofy, and a little awkward. But somehow he stole Tempest's heart. After months of flirting and being flustered, they finally courted. They now have a nest full of eggs.
Tempest is clever, witty, and outgoing. She enjoys making friends and loves having fun. When she likes someone, she's surprisingly shy about it. She takes great joy in hunting but even more joy in her storytelling. Tempest arrived at Zephyrus a few days before Midnight Gust and Red Wind's first nest hatched. When they were hatchlings, Tempest loved to tell fascinating tales of old that her mother used to tell her. Now, all the children in Zephyrus go to her to hear her stories. They call her "Tempest the Tale Master."
