寡黙- Silent

Lost in the tangled woods the bioluminescent flora and fauna native to the wood your only light on this night. You feel watched. As you press forward through the wood your unease grows as you hear a soft jingling noise somewhere off to your left. You turn toward the noise but out of the corner of your eye their a flash of something glowing a soft amber. You turn again startled but there is only darkness and the soft green/blue glow of the native mushrooms that have been your only light thus far. You move forward even faster spurred by ever increasing unease. A sudden pain in your foot and your balance is lost. As you push yourself up from the floor of the forest cursing a small orange hand reaches toward you. Frozen at the sight of the softly glowing orange hand another comes forward and another?! and more! Sliding along your pack toward your face. An ear splitting scream rings out into the night and the hands retract as quick as they had come. The screaming stops and your throat is dry and sore. Had it been you screaming? You quickly pick up your things wanting out of here as fast as possible. . . something is missing. You stand in the grove looking everywhere but it's of no use. It seems your apples are gone.
