xxx It's not hys fault hy wasn't loved for who hy truly was. Never was and never will be - a mantra permanently branded into hys mind, now corrupted by debauchery. That, coupled with hys hedonistic nature and dangerously vast knowledge, were what ousted hym from the Tourmaline Archives & banished from the Starfall Isles. xxx With this, hy left for the Scarred Wasteland, falsely believing that all of Plague were wicked like hym. Clouded with delusions of usurping an unsuspecting clan's leaders and being worshipped by its inhabitants - becoming the closest thing to a deity, essentially - hy stumbled upon Clan Synthesis, so full of potential... xxx Potential for frustration, at least. There are a lot of dragons, yes, but all had wildly different structures, quasi-clans almost - not to mention their leaders were the oldest ones around, and had such a strong grip due to their parental figure status among them. xxx THAT'S IT. That's what hy was missing - a genuine bond (or the illusion of one, at least). It would be harder and more time-consuming to "nurture" those "bonds", but hy didn't obsessively learn glamour magic for nothing. Perhaps now hy can finally be loved. To hell with power, romance was were it was now at for Syrup. xxx Hy will stop at nothing to get what hy's rightfully earned.
