Noverca’s father and grandfather are great warriors and a hard act to follow. He was predestined to become a soldier, protecting and serving a new clan in it’s fledgling stages. During his youth, Noverca was taught the fundamentals of battle, how to survive alone in the wilderness, and the importance of teaching others to do the same. Once he had achieved the required level of education, he took The Oath and was sent out into the world where he would eventually find his new home.

Noverca’s upbringing is one to he is proud of. He takes his post seriously and receives great satisfaction in performing his duties. And while he can be slightly prideful, often reminding his clan-mates of his importance to them, he is also the most encouraging dragon you’ll ever meet. He excels in instructing the youngsters in self-defense and survival tactics and they excel under his tutelage.

The only thing in his life that causes him a bit of discomfort is his name, which means ‘step-mother’. Proud of his masculinity, this feminine moniker doesn’t sit well with him, but though he has thought of changing it, his devotion to tradition and heritage has kept him from doing so. For some reason, his parents chose it and he is hesitant to hurt their feelings.
