Ancient Broadsword Ebony Filigree Banner Turkey Dinner When even Corvid needs to call on someone even meaner than himself, this is the dragon he calls.

Saying that Shiryou likes to fight is like saying that dragons sort of like food. He lost his family as a mere hatchling, and much of his younger life was spent out on the Southern Expanse, scavenging what he could day to day and defending himself from other threats. It was during those times he found the ancient broadsword he carries. He knows how to wield it properly too, rearing up onto his hind legs to draw it.

The clan came across him in their journey and slowly persuaded him into the fold. His skill in battle comes not from raw talent but first-hand experience, and that alone makes him more dangerous than the majority of the dragons in this clan.

Most outsiders give this fearsome looking Imperial a wide berth - he's the biggest Imperial in the clan - but in truth he appears more intimidating than he actually is and the 'tough protector' melts away when he relaxes. Shiryou may be aloof and fierce with dragons he doesn't know, but he's viciously protective of those he considers his friends. To him, this clan is very much his adopted family and he'll do what he has to do to defend them.

Corvid has remarked more than once that Shiryou would make an excellent leader, as he's surprisingly charismatic. For reasons unknown, he shies away from this, and avoids anything remotely leader-y like the plague. Instead, he's content to act as Reharaj's right-hand dragon; the lancer to the general.
