PartlyCloudy

Above the cotton lies a hurricane

_Biography_

____PartlyCloudy is an expert hunter, nearly impossible to spot against a cloud-speckled sky. Although he was never given the chance to shine in his first clan. PartlyCloudy was born deaf. His first clan was not tolerant of 'the weak', and immediately cast him aside, treated like an unwanted runt. Going days on end without food, he hunted whatever came too close on thought that he had already perished. He had learned how to hunt before his 'healthier' siblings had even learned how to walk, for his clan would not feed him. He hid away in the dark caverns in the back of the lair, becoming feral. His clan, eventually, began hunting him down, for they had decided he had gone mad, and was thus a danger to his clan.

____PartlyCloudy, although quick and quiet, was not a good hider in the dark tunnels due to his bright coloration, which had stayed somewhat vibrant despite not having been groomed once in his entire life. Eventually he was found, wounded, and thrown outside in the cruel, unforgiving forest just as he had been thrown into the dark caverns so long ago. That was when Puddle found him.

_Biography_

____Despite all of the hostility he had shown to her, no matter how many times he pitifully hissed and snapped at her legs, she came back with food day after day for him. After a very, very long time of healing, PartlyCloudy had finally warmed up to Puddle, regarding her as his mother. PartlyCloudy did not warm up to any of his clanmates at first, though, and attempted to protect his adopted mother ferociously from his own clan. Years of trial, effort, and love had payed off in the end, however, leading PartlyCloudy to be a greatly respected member of the Clan of Lunar Blood.

____PartlyCloudy, contrary to his appearance, is not female. He doesn't mind when people mistake him for female, though. Despite his lack of hearing, he has generally learned how to communicate by learning the silent tongue of the faes, as well as written language, and to compensate for his deafness, PartlyCloudy has also developed the eyesight of a hawk. Nothing escapes his watchful gaze. It's also said that on overcast and stormy days, his feathers will seemingly change color to an ashen grey to match the color of the sky.
