  The twin brother of Emyr. Unlike Emyr, who is quiet and shy, Bryn is much more comfortable in dealing with others. It is hard to say whether he enjoys it or not. Words come easy to him, and he has few qualms with using underhanded tactics to learn what he wants to hear. Bryn is quite realistic in the face of his illness, knowing he will never get his sight back. He is always looking for someone who he can trust with his life, as his brother grows older.

Bryn was once a soldier. He had a remarkable mind for strategy, and quickly recieved many promotions. His plans were always calculated for every possible outcome, and Bryn truly loved the thrill of solving each battle. Even as he served, he knew his time would be short-lived. His parents had an illness of the eyes that had led to their blindness before they were 30. Bryn was forced to retire from the military as his vision degraded like theirs had. Unwilling to live a languid life, Bryn first dealt in illicit gambling and the black market- with Emyr of course. The two built up quite a reputation, eventually branching off into their own dealings.
