Cassius Humheart
An engineer that invented a device which translates Coatl speech to traditional draconic and vice-versa.

Cassius was a Fire Primal element dragon, he was a very proud and patriotic Alchemist of the region. Unfortunately, an experiment gone wrong caused him to experience Element Blindness. His eyes became blank grey pits. He was shunned from his home Clan and sought refuge within the city.

Cassius is now working at the Facility. He wears his goggles in and out of his lab, for safety and to hide his eyes, which he is still ashamed of despite the dragons that now surround him being far more accepting than his Clanmates.
