Razavi grew up with a few other hatchlings her age born in Blooming Stars. She was a rather quiet hatchling, although she enjoyed small-talk. When she would sit near the beaches of Arcane, cliff-sides and rough waters ruffling her feathers in the breeze, she would lay her wings out behind her. Every breath of salty air made her feel more connected to the ocean, and the small skydancer was always miserable when she has pulled away.

Most days she'd be accompanied by Ceto, an older pearlcatcher with the same birth-clan as her. Both girls felt more welcome by the sea than on land and bonded using that fact. Razavi snuck away one night, finding a rock sticking out of the water where she watched the stars reflect below her. It was only when Ceto found her that she figured she should not have run off. Razavi disliked being so weak without the help of the waves below and was ecstatic to learn that her feelings were shared by most of the Water-originating dragons in Blooming Stars and that soon a camp would be built in the coral reefs in the shallows nearby.
