Laila is seamstress with a good eye for details. She works all week, with sewing, gathering fabric and thinking of what to make next. Her interest in designing probably stems from her grandfather. He was a blacksmith. It was not the heat or the hammering that gained her attention, but the wall covered in armour design. The wall was full of colourful armour and grand weapons designs. She used to play underneath that wall and look up every time she became bored. She loved to play with colour and fabrics that she stole from her mother and father. And try to recreate the drawings on the wall.

After becoming an adult, she tried to become a gardener, teacher, cook and a nurse. She went true all this to follow her friends. But after a visiting her grandfather, she saw the wall again and it looked just as majestic as she remembered. It was there she finally found out what she wanted to do. She wanted to make clothes that captured the same magic the clothes on the wall had.
