Euphrates
Euphrates is four days younger than Tigris yet acts like she's thousands of years older. Serious and severe, she devotes herself to the study of several subjects at once, with great (but multiple) focus.

In terms of raw power her magic doesnt compare to Tigris at all, but in terms of skill she's a much stronger mage due to putting the work in.

She and Tigris mostly split the work of overseeing the training of dragons in magic and studies, with Onyx as their (unwilling) second in command.

Battle and survival, they leave to Kai and Soleil. Maximus and Lyria oversee the operations and security of the university and settle disputes, manage supplies, etc. Celestine tends to the lair itself (and therefore is able to keep smuggling countless creatures in... no one can complain. She has an amazing talent for disappearing when someone is displeased with one pet or another, and appearing again when the mess has blown over.) Bubblegum the bogsneak is in charge of the nursery, and any dragons born within the university are raised by her skilled hand.

She hates being seen sleeping (unless it's Tigris, of course).
