The lightest Light dragon to ever light. Spends his days on top of the mesa staring at the sun, surrounding himself with elaborate piles of sacridite and making a droning hum. He makes people worry. A lot.

Got mixed up in the Nocturne mess of NotN 2017. It turns out that having the truth-mojo of a thousand suns is exceedingly helpful when it comes to seeing through Shadow-type trickery.
He got picked for a spotlight ~~
