The Misty Hollows are a subspecies found in dark, sinuous, caves where sunlight never dares step foot. As they are cursed to be moulded to the walls of the caves, never to be free; the brave adventurers that have crossed their paths would tell you that they simply do not exist. Yet as they walk by, the peering eyes of the soft violet dragons glimmer in the lights of their torches: following their movements intently.

Most often, their shapes bare resemblance to amethyst veins running through the walls of the cavernous rocks, although that is not always the case. They prefer damp caves, where water trickles from the ceilings and luminous worms hang in drapes of wonder all around them: delicate blue light reflecting off of exposed gems scattered throughout the darkness.
