Biography

CIRCE, THE WARRIOR

"Don't get in my way. Dummy."

Pronouns: She/her
Age: Young Adult
Role: Warrior
Affilation: House of Swords
Mate: N/A
Children (active): N/A

From hatching, Circe was raised to fight. Raised to kill. Not in defence of her clan, but in the pursuit of fame and glory. Her father believed that she had a great deal of promise, and she was terrified of letting him down. She fought and trained as hard as she could, gaining greater and greater glory.

But Circe was not a killer at heart. To be a trained killer meant to turn off her thoughts, to concentrate only on the job at claw, to never question if her assassinations were the right thing to do. Morality could not be a factor that an assassin for hire considered. Circe never stopped thinking. She never stopped wondering what "right" and "wrong" really were.

Ultimately, Circe made her choice. She left her lair late one night and never returned. She knows for certain that her family are furious, and doesn't doubt that they're still chasing her. She found money by offering herself as a guard for travellers and merchants. Circe crossed Sornieth, seeing the ways in which the world could be peaceful.

Circe was eventually hired by a pair of Arcane dragons who were trying to establish control over a mysterious anomaly in the Starfall Isles. She got on with them wonderfully, and decided to stay as a full-time guard for the clan. Now she's an elite member of the Twisted Spire's guards, and is widely respected by her peers. She has never told them about her past. She never will.

...Unless, of course, her family should come to pay her a visit.

Notes:
  • No one knows Circe's backstory - she doesn't like to talk about it
  • She's a flirt, but not interested in actual romance
  • Her sword is a family heirloom
