Antigone is the repear’s daughter. In exchange for a revival, her sire Wu Jiang agreed to rear a nest with the sorrowful dragoness whose nature deprives her of a lasting lovelife. Supposedly, he is now without his soul, but he doesn’t feel any different. He still senses it inside him. He wonders if the reaper was only speaking in metaphor, but he will never see her to ask. . .
All that remains of his tryst is this daughter of his, the one that followed him home. Wu can sense spirits, but cannot speak to them. Antigone can both see and communicate with souls. Her father, who once attended to the dead alone, now has a partner.
Antigone is not quite alive. Her sire noticed her soul is condensed, like a hard star in the center of her body, quite unlike the untamed masses of electricity they normally form in the living. She is quiet and polite, with a slight penchant for mischief and interests in butterfly collecting, beadwork, and music. Her annunciation is impeccable.

“I’ve been told I’m. . . creepy.”
