SUMMARY
Revenant has lived most of his life in the lair, deep beneath the surface. He rarely sees the upper levels of the lair and has emerged onto the surface only once, in the dead of night. Combat training has seen him rise in the ranks of the clan warriors, despite his insistence that he stay in the dark below. Perhaps it is for the best, as unnatural bones and still fleshy remains keep appearing the deeper the Ridgebacks dig.

Mourner's Weapons POLEAX A masterwork poleax built for combat. Used to knock an opponent off guard. Primary weapon, but won't be used in close combat.
Cleaver CLEAVER A colossal sword built for and used in brutal close-quarters attacks. Secondary weapon, won't be used when Revenant has range advantage.
Scratch TALONS Last resort. Long talons can deal piercing damage to a foe. Only used if no weapons are available.
Eliminate TUNNELING & GEOLOGY Can and will use digging and tunneling to set traps, such as pits and concealed spikes, against foes. Highly knowledgable of the rocks, minerals, and substrate materials in the surrounding area. Can and will use this to his advantage at all times.
Dire Claw GRIMCLAW The clan mascot and Revenant's preferred companion, Grimclaw is a tamed Dire Claw, trained for combat. The bear is deeply loyal to his master, and will fight fang and claw against any foe.
STORY
The red stone and soft earth gave way to brittle bone as the Ridgebacks dug deeper into the tunnel. Concerned it may be another undead wyrm intent on destroying them, they carefully dug around the massive bone spire. Scratching away the soil and stone from around the bone made it clear the skeleton was not only inanimate, but incomplete. Finding carvings on the other side of the bone confirmed what they had hoped for. The new tunnel had reached its end, right into the Hellwell Undercroft, as planned. Hollowing out the tunnel further and strengthening the walls, the trio continued their work until the new tunnel was safe enough even for a horde of rampaging Guardians to traverse.

Leaving his parents to put the finishing touches on the tunnel, Revenant returned back to the main lair to inform Grimtalon of their success. While technically still in the Abiding Boneyard, the clan had dug a direct link to the Undercroft, granting not only an alternate escape, but a safe route for trade with other clans. Feeling a sense of pride for this accomplishment, Revenant held his spiked head high as he approached the clan leader.

"The tunnel is finished, as you ordered."

"Good. With other clans coming and going from this place, we stand a far better chance of surviving should one of our old rivals try to wipe us out. Again." Grimtalon growled.
