Preemo

Preemo was raised in the Earth flight and dabbled in the arcane, experimenting with the elements and occult. His odd intelligence scared his family, causing them to shun him, whether intentionally or not. He was the child of a merchant, and met his now mate, Ruby Rose, when trading antiques to the Shadow flight. The pair hit it off immediately, united by their common interest in the unknowable. They met in secret whenever possible, as neither of their clans were approving of their budding relationship. After a failed experiment and summoning that led to the heartbreaking deaths of most of his family, Preemo fled with his mate to the nature flight.
He now conducts elaborate experiments in the volatile Pox Consulate, and lives with his mate and child as the patriarch of their clan.

Ruby Rose

She's his mate. They've bonded over a mutual love for magic and the arcane. The wide variety of plants and twisting labyrinth of the nature flight drew their interest, so they chose it as their home an place to conduct research. They aren't as outwardly lovey-dovey as most couples, preferring more to keep to themselves, that way the few moments they do share when not submerged in research are all the more special.

Phaedra

She's his daughter. When she was a hatchling he used to tell her embellished and sanitized stories of his childhood in the Earth flight. He blames himself for her desire to flee there. He gets along with her fairly well, however, they tiptoe around the subject of her wanting to move, and her frequent verbal spats with his wife.

Izzco

Preemo surprisingly gets along well with his son in law. Preemo tells dad jokes, and Izzco rambles about the unique gemstones he finds in the labyrinth. Their only point of contention is he and Phaedra's desire to disappear to the Earth flight.

Neo

Neo and Preemo are close friends, having a shared interest in destructive experimentation. They often compare notes and bounce ideas off of eachother, leading to many breakthroughs in research.

Spaceship

To be perfectly honest, Preemo finds himself intimidated by Neo's large mate. For the first several months after the pair settled in, he avoided her like the plague. He soon warmed up to her after discovering she was even more gentle than giant, despite her often batting away wandering wildclaws like mice.

Zesiro

Preemo finds the wandering bard interesting, and a great well of interesting information. He doesn't fully trust the Skydancer, but appreciates the way his daughter's eyes light up when she listens to Zesiro's baritone harmonies.

"Preemo passed the skydancer a vial filled with a liquid that glowed a soft blue, "If you want to make yourself useful, you can sample this for me."
Zesiro scrunched up his snout at the acidic smell, "I think I'll pass, thanks."
"Then let me conduct my research in peace," Preemo replied curtly."
