Biography

PEACH
Princess turned warrior | Fierce mama to all hatchlings

Fiddle Puff Water Lettuce Lion's Mane Emu Extinguished Bunny Longneck Mender Accent: Geartoggle Smith

One bright, sunny day, an egg was laid. It was unknown if this egg had hatchmates, but what was the most important was that she was born a princess. She was a beautiful and bright hatchling, who would constantly waddle around. Even at a young age Peach was an adventurous soul, and this was encouraged by her parents. One day however, her parents could not keep her in their clan. Peach never learned why. All she knew was the effects. She was hurriedly loaded on a carriage pulled by strong centaurs, and urged to go to a neighboring clan. At such a young age she did not understand anything, but her parents seemed to know what they were doing. After a few days of travel, she finally ended up in the Nightfall clan. The dragons were strange looking compared to her mostly imperial upbringing, but this was soon forgotten as they celebrated her arrival. She was treated like a princess again, with her own special cave and loving foster parents ready to take care of her. Many of the dragons were awed by her beauty, often stealing glances of her and nuzzling her if they could get close. Peach loved this attention, and hoped to stay beautiful forever.

She blossomed into a gorgeous young adult imperial. Her gold scales glistened softly in the sunlight as she would traverse the edges of the clan. Peach wanted to go beyond the clan walls, but something kept stopping her. She did not know what it was. She never considered herself a coward, and she truly wanted to see what was out there. But she would look back, and a dragon would wave at her. She would wave back with a smile, and realize. This is why she does not want to go further. Peach loves them, and she does not want to abandon her people. She came back and embraced the waiting dragon, deciding to just relax in her garden. She flew over to the sacred place, breathing in air that was crisp and smelt of flowers. She sighed wistfully as she wandered in her large gardon, with exotic trees and small animals intermingling. Soon however, she stopped in her tracks, confused.

Peach saw a deep cave in her garden. It yawned at her with an open maw, daring her to go in. She stroked her whiskers, muttering to herself. “When did I plant around a cave? I do not remember this at all..” she wondered aloud. She felt a magical presence that seemed as old as time itself. It was irresistible, and she felt herself needing to go inside. Almost against her own will, she ducked into her cave, folding her massive wings in as it was a bit tighter than it appeared on the outside. A huge tentacle-like appendage then grabbed her waist, dragging her in. She howled and screamed in confusion, trying to lodge herself in the cave. All this did was tear her beautiful wings as the cave sucked her in deeper and deeper. She shed hot tears of pain as her head began to pound, feeling as if her brain was exploding. Peach let out one last gasp before passing out, darkness consuming her vision.

She slept for what felt like days. Her body felt too heavy, and when she awoke she was sweltering. Peach slowly came to her senses, spreading her massive wings. Only, they were not massive wings. They were small and seemed more like tiny webbed legs connected to her shoulders. She felt her face, beginning to gasp. Why was she so hairy? She rose up to her hind legs, panicking. “What happened?” she questioned no one, as she began to run out of the cave. She collapsed under her weight, unused to her strong legs. She scrambled to a water fountain, desperate to see her new body. When she saw her reflection in the water, she felt ready to vomit. She felt disgusting, everything seeming wrong on her once sleek, graceful form. She wailed in horror as she tried to tear off this fur, hoping that all this fur was simply covering her beautiful body. All she got was pain and a mouthful of hair. She spat it out, covering her head in her paws as she mourned her former self. “I am hideous! How can I ever change back?” she moaned, her voice tight and squeaky. Soon, she heard a voice hidden in her garden. “Peach? Peach? Where are you, it has been days! Everyone is worried!” the voice called. She recognized it as one of her parents, but she could not stop her self loathing. “Leave me, I am hideous! Go, get out of my garden!” she roared, so much meaner than what she wanted. The voice quieted, and she felt their presence vanish. Peach felt immediate regret, but what could she do? She stroked the sharp spines on her shoulders, fat tears rolling down her face.

Peach did not leave the garden for days. She hid away from everyone wanting to find her, the fur breaking up her form and providing an amazing camouflage. Soon, a new presence was in her garden. This one felt different, and she wanted to see this newcomer. She spied on him from the trees, tilting her head. The presence belonged to a male gaoler, strength and confidence in his every stride. She found herself blushing as she looked upon them, and her paw slipped on her branch. He looked up in alarm, checking for an attacker. He relaxed visibly seeing the beautiful gaoler, smiling up at her. “Ah! Hello, are you that Peach character I have been hearing about?” he asked her, his tail wagging. She gulped and tried to hide in the trees, but her large golden form was impossible to hide in the green foliage. She slowly began to descend, finding herself smiling for the first time in days. “I am, and who are you?” she found herself asking, going closer and closer to him. The gaoler did a slight bow of respect, sitting like a massive bear. “I am Qianxin. Former skydancer, current gaoler.” he introduced himself. She raised her head in surprise, tilting her head. “You too?” she felt more drawn than ever, her voice catching in her throat. He chuckles, scooting even closer to her. “Mhm, I love this new change. I think you look great as a gaoler, I saw a drawing of your former form.” he said bluntly, cupping her head in large paws. She squeaked, putting her paws on his strong shoulders. “Thank you..” she murmured, she has not heard that in years. He chuckles, smooching her on her forehead. “You look beautiful, strong, powerful…like a goddess, Lightweaver forgive me for saying that.” he praised her, loving seeing her blush. Peach smiled, putting a paw on her heart. “Really? You mean that?” she asked, her lip trembling. He took her paw, beginning to lead her out of the garden. He nuzzled her, grinning. “I do.”

The two ventured out of the garden, being met with cheer as dragons rushed out to greet the couple. Peach felt overwhelmed by this love, surprised that the dragons loved her still. Days turned to weeks, and soon Peach proposed to Qianxin. He quickly accepted, and the two soon began to have eggs. Now, Peach was curled around her newest clutch, humming as she heated the awaiting gaoler hatchlings. Qianxin in turned curled around her, kissing her head and whispering encouragement into her ears.
