No one has been able to pinpoint the cause of Rysight's foul temper.

Perhaps the source is the pair of angry eyebrows stuck to their eyelids. They're... they're not even in the right spot? That ought to hurt....

Or maybe it's dealing with the guilt of having sent off their dear hatchlings in hopes of them finding good homes... only for the pups to be used as fodder for exalting... Three beautiful hatchlings, full of hope and love and innocence... sent away to fight in a war without a winner, their lives lost to the horrors of conflict. It hurts Rysight's heart... and sets aflame a rage rivaling that of a beast of flame...

Or maybe they're just hungry.

Whatever the cause may be, most dragons know one thing, if nothing else... Rysight is not a being to be tested. Their eternal rage sends chills down the spine of all those who catch their gaze. And their wide, eternally bloodshot eyes burn with the fury of ancients.

Only one creature can calm their anger; their beloved Poncho. Though their first mate was willing to dispose of their undesirable pups, Poncho is different. Rysight feels a spark of hope that they haven't felt in years when they set eyes upon Poncho's loving expression. Poncho promises a family. Something Ry hasn't known since they hatched....

Rysight, cast away from her former home, hopes that Poncho can restore what they lost. The ability to feel love.
