Lou is a spirt dragon not a living dragon but a skeleton of some kind reanimated by magic, his wings growing petals and flowing off, He can be found around Sterrowbi all the time He's a a reminder to Sterrowbi of his past mistakes is Lou bond to Sterrowbi who knows, Lou is known to have a lot of energy always dancing around his petals always following back to him and Sterrowbi
Sterrowbi and Lou are very close those two are best friends and Lou wants to grow up to be a battle dragon just like Sterrowbi, Sterrowbi is like a dad to him
