Juniper

An archeologist/mineralogist that got trapped in a cave while looking for precious stones. He died and his skeleton was opalized. When his bones were discovered by a kindly living statue of a Snapper, he was resurrected through her powerful Earth magic (definitely not necromancy nope) and became a living being again, made primarily out of dust and sand. His opalized bones are still visible, and at any given moment, if the Earth magic holding him together fades for even a second, he'll poof into a pile of dust and bones. He'll reform again after a few minutes near something imbued with Earth magic. He carries a stone he believes to be one of the Earthshaker's scales along with him wherever he goes just in case he has to resurrect himself. He's a very kind, warm, curious individual who loves to explain things about fossils and minerals any chance he gets.
