Pastelle's Chronicler/Archivist
Digitalis' mate is Lilac, both of whom are very passionate dragons. Digitalis is quite a curious dragon who tends to seek and record new knowledge, as a result, he is often the first to meet and greet new dragons seeking refuge in Pastelle. He also chronicles the amount of objects that Pastelle has in its hoard so that they all know when any objects have gone missing. He loves puns and sharing stories with other dragons and will often do so unprompted, occasionally startling more skittish dragons or disturbing the peace of more "normal" dragons if he interrupts or goes into random conversations with them. Digitalis hates the dark, so Kinta, his best friend, is often seen following him with light magic orbs to help light his way in dark places. He also has tiny fireflies and a Slight Eyewing always following him, or riding on his back, all of them try to be wary of his multitude of eyes. As a result of his eye type, he can evidently see multiple moments at once, which many dragons find overwhelming if he comments on multiple ones at once. To note, he cannot tell the future, just see the present and the past of many other multi-verses. He records the histories of other multi-verses and they sell for much more when Lilac recommended that he change the names and sell them as fiction novels. He always carries a notebook with him just in case; he loves to research and experiment with ~~not on~~ his friends ~~maybe~~. When Lilac, Digitalis, and Wisteria all research together, they can get quite rowdy and tend to get hurt. According to Lotus, when they all get together, "somebody is going to get hurt and it's going to be... Ugh! ALL of you evidently!" Digitalis selected his name after learning that it was the name of a common heart medicine, and also the name for a genus of toxic plants commonly known as "foxgloves", all of which he feels whole-heartedly. This is because he loves plants that are toxic and dragons often get startled so badly by him spontaneously appearing that they claim that he "almost gave them a heart attack", to which he responds "good thing there's Digitalis nearby!" He loves to share puns and ways to befriend other clans with Luna and tries to get Kinta to explore long distances but she can't do that very well or without getting extremely tired. Qune has to stop him from pushing Kinta too hard and keep him from getting too much into other dragon's personal spaces. Luckily Qune has reprimanded him enough so that he doesn't physically bother the cave dragons (Belladonna, Aconitum, and Cyclamen). He is the scribe and storyteller of the clan and the other dragons love his tales of adventure. He hates the dark as he can't read in the dark, but he can't sleep with any light showing so he only goes in dark places to sleep and Kinta will light up dark places for him during the night. He is very grateful that Kinta continues to be his best friend regardless of him being somewhat high-maintenance. Digitalis found and led Hemlock to Pastelle and helped her become mates with Camelia. Hemlock, Camelia, Digitalis, and Kinta often spend time together reading and napping. Kinta and Digitalis read in the sun and Camelia and Hemlock nap in the shade, the quartet will share stories and such until they are needed for their duties. Digitalis thinks that Lotus is funny and will share puns and plants with them. Digitalis is also fond of Luna and how witty and pun-loving they are. He will often share stories with them and Luna will tell him of their pranks, and he will write them down. He takes note of Orchid's careful calculations of Pastelle's finances and hoard supplies. Lavender created a lantern for him to use on his adventures, at least Larkspur told him that Lavender had made it, he's never really seen Lavender outside of their workshop before that moment.
