he shifts from left to right, from right to left - turns and tosses around, trying to sleep away the end of his world, the end of his life, hoping to be welcomed somewhere else soon. it takes too long, he realizes, takes too much time, planting seeds of doubt within himself, tugging at his heart with every passing second. he rises. whatever may come, he thinks, he has his sword by his side, his resolve in his head.

siegfried sets out on a journey unknown, into a world he no longer recalls as is. torn and twisted, ripped to shreds and glued together again. no longer was this makeshift realm his home, no longer did he wish to reside within - but there was nowhere to go, no real world to flee to, and thus he fights his way through his former home, knowing fully well that corruption is chipping away at him. this was, where it ended.
