Befriends Zevulun

Nelkir was born under the gaze of the full moon. His egg had somehow fallen from the aerial nest in which the fae incubate their offspring, and landed in a bright patch of moonlight. The light seeped through the shell and touched the young one inside, changing the unborn dragon into a blessed being. When he hatched, he found he was completely blind. This never stopped him though, as he seemed to know right where everything was, and indeed he did. Everything has an aura that Nelkir picks up on, and it often seems that he sees more than anyone else. On full moon nights, the moon god may take up Nelkir’s body as a vessel to deliver a message to the clan. This is rare however, and often messages are simply delivered as signs or dreams. As he aged it became a tradition to tell tales to his fellow clansmen, recounting the many myths shared to him by his diety. He convinced the clan to accept Zevulun into their midst, quickly befriending the outcast. The oracle was never deterred by the antisocial, incredibly awkward dragon, chatting on and on one sidedly until they had the strength of friendship to bond them together.
Nelkir may be blind, but he loves fashion. He likes to wear things that feel interesting and have fun auras, with his favorite piece being the draping jewels he commonly wears. He lives the stereotypical oracle vibe as well, and would love to get a hold of some silks to add to his wardrobe.
