　Nebula was born to an affluent clan and blessed with good-looks and an illustrious pedigree that shows up in his expensive taste. Unfortunately, he was not similarly gifted with sense and made quite a mess with his life which appears to be spared only by Aefendel’s socially conscious affordable housing. His past as a spoiled dilletente is evident by his lousy work ethic and shock at the cost of food or clothing. He’s an extremely affable drake, earnest and forthcoming about what exactly is on his mind which makes him a nice, predictable friend. He has a contagious and genuine love for everyone (just not for mundane tasks) and can light up a room. These traits have earned him a position in the social graces of those one would think would find him too annoying to deal with..

The circumstances of his departure from his former clan, where he had quite the cozy arrangement, are mysterious and would be enough to spark an investigation. Were it from anyone else foul play would be suspected but Nebula does not have a malevolent bone in his body. At his worst he seems easily distracted and overly talkative and occasionally even a bit pretentious (especially about teas). Whatever the cause of his move to Aefendel, it was probably petty or political.

Nebula has yet to find a particular calling (if he ever does) but his charm lands him plenty of odd, needed jobs around Aefendel, ranging from house painting to pet sitting. His great tolerance for loud noises and unrelenting energy for social relations has made him one of Luis’ few close friends and also a test subject more than once.
