Lovecraft was found by Dundee as an egg out in one of the canyons beyond Skyhill. She was all by herself and Dundee wasn't even sure if the egg would hatch but she picked it up anyways, not wanting to just leave the egg. The hatchling that came out was a Mirror-Bogsneak cross that was firey since the begining, biting and spitting at anyone that wasn't Dundee for awhile. She eventually calmed down a bit, partially due to being watched over by Bremen while Dundee was out exploring. The large Bogsneak did not put up with the hatchling's attitude for any amount of time, scaring her into not fighting her anymore.

As soon as she was old enough, she started traveling with Dundee and learned how to get along out in the wild; these times are what inspired her to take on the job of a treasure hunter later in life. She is seen even less than Dundee is and often leaves Skyhill's dimension to search the world. Her home is full of trinkets from her travels and she is extremely protective of them.
