Alistair
Polite || Mild-Mannered || Secretive

Alistair preferred to keep to himself. It was the least that a dragon like him could accept in life. There were several other clanmates who know of his condition, accepted it, and were willing to help him deal with it. In fact there were many days they pushed him to revel himself to the rest of the clan, certain that they would accept him as well. But even that was more then he dared hope for, vampires' had a blood soaked history that turned other dragons off of them after all.

There was no way that he could escape the prophet couple knowing about his condition with their sight, but Lottie was his choice. The quiet and shy dragon could calm his frayed nerves when keeping his secret got too much for him by simply settling down next to the coatl. Caligo was a good dragon to spend time with when he felt like his nature was stretching at his scales, his shadows whispering how weird he was, and when temptation crawled over his feathers. The macabre skydancer helped him feel like he wasn't quite as monstrous as he could feel.

He knew from experience that he could control the need to feed until he found a dragon willing to let him feed on them. He tried not to take too much every time, and if anything it has done wonders for his self-control. He was known throughout the clan for his patience and willingness to wait.

Between this and his need to please others for when his secret comes out, he came off as mild manner and polite to any clanmate that spoke with him. The distance that he put between himself and the clan was seen as regal. He gained a reputation of not having a temper because none of his clanmates had seen it, but it was simply that none of them had done anything to trigger his cold and swift temper so far. His greatest fear was that his temper would one day be the reason they all learned of his vampiric nature.
