Coming from two well known and powerful dragons her previous clan had high hopes for her. Eventually however as she grew up many of the dragons in her previous clan didnt really see any promise in her, or at least no more than the other hatchlings around her age. Which you know affects a kid who has been told that they will grow up into an extremely powerful dragon as badly as it could.
She felt that if she couldnt be the most physically powerful dragon in her clan she would simply leave and join a weaker clan. This led her here. She believes that since most dragons in this clan dont have any powers that would automatically mean she could reach the top of the pecking order easily.

However where she excelled in physical strength she had a lot to learn about tactics and how brute strength often just leads to unneeded bloodshed. She became extremely interested by these ideas from Mercy. Who she holds in the highest regards and is often found around her believing that even if Mercy is a talented tactician she is still far weaker then Andraste.
