Ambassador
An alleged exiled prince, Yaksha originally came from a wealthy clan in the Shrieking Wilds before being uprooted and forced to leave. He got into The Focal Company by telling Titania how respected and beloved he was amongst all Nature clans, convincing her that he'd make an excellent ambassador for her clan. The reality is that he was simply one of many children, a minor prince at best and had an absolutely abysmal reputation in the Nature flight due to his arrogance and greed. His biggest fear is that his new clan will find out his secrets and promptly kick him out.Yaksha lives a lavish lifestyle within the clan, when he's not going off on diplomatic missions to coerce with neighbouring clans he's lazing around his home with expensive silks and exotic foods. Many dragons resent him for his wealth and his smug personality since he essentially does very little to help the clan in any way yet gets paid a small fortune. In terms of clan loyalties, in a hypothetical civil war between Oberon and Titania, Yaksha would undoubtedly take Oberon's side. While Titania was the one who let Yaksha into the clan, the Coatl shares too much in common with Oberon to ignore, and he fears Oberon's wrath slightly more than he does Titania's. Oberon is much more unpredictable than his mate and Yaksha fears his skill at warping dragons' bodies and minds. |
