➢ somehow knows way too much and will share some of it with ignephelim when he feels like it (because hes a sh!thead b@stard)
➢ though nobody really knows if what hes saying is truthful or if hes misleading the republic for his own nefarious intentions
➢ can do this freaky ghosting thing where he turns part or all of his body into a gold powder
➢ not... necesarily evil?
➢ despite appearances he is more of the shadows than light, though ignephelim is charitable with him despite the fact
➢ fairly charismatic even if he is unnervingly mysterious sometimes
➢ nobody's aware of where he came from, but he gets uppity whenever he's even hinted at being less than so he may have been considered a runt/weak where he was prior. he now does everything in his power to assuage that assumption
➢ has a large black dog (...it may be something else entirely, but it at least looks like one in this form...) (think dark wolfhound-ibizan-shepherd) that serves as being an unsuspecting spy
➢ the dog lurks in areas tenahko would be refused due to his status
➢ the dog is named okithafian /oh ki thaf ian/ and it has tall, close-together, sharp ears, and... a stare that when made contact with will make your ears ring, and the sound around you drop/muffles like you're underwater
➢ some have murmured that they saw it with pitch black human hands instead of front paws once; sometimes... feasting on something large; but only in dark alleys, so people are doubtful of this rumor
➢ ...but nobody tries to shoo it away
➢ tenahko is protective of okithafian and they seem to be friends of sorts, even if tenahko definitely doesnt treat it like a dog (as in giving it food that is known to be toxic to dogs -- but it does nothing to okithafian, giving it wine and other liquors, occasionally chocolates, and never "petting" it aside a few light head strokes every once in a while)
