Gatekeeper is one of Lord's most loyal companions, and even saved his life in many a situation. Born in an abandoned lair belonging to the Light flight, he saw that he did not belong where he had been born. and left for the Driftwood Drags, where a young Lord had been left behind a caravan passing through as a tribute to avoid the caravans destruction. Gatekeeper defended this new friend with all he had. Shooting Blast after Blast of light at the beats, until a Guardian, Feidail, and a Mirror, Biersorth. had swooped in and assisted, saving the two friends, and they are still under the care of Feindail and Biersorth to this day.
His extreme loyalty to Lord gives him a reputation as his "Lap-Dragon", and he doesn't deny it.
