ABOUT

Zemblas came to live in the Watchtower after finding his Charge, who just so happened to be Nascent. I think it probably went something like:
Zemblas knocked on the huge doors of the Watchtower. He could feel it, his charge was here, finally, after years of searching, he could have some meaning to life.
The door opened, a red nocturne popping her head out of the door. "What do you want?" She questioned, annoyed.
Zemblas jumped slightly, not expecting such an unwelcome welcome, "hi, uh can I come in? I'm a bit lost, I was hoping for somewhere to stay."
"Hmm. Nope."
"W-Wait. Please. I was lying. I think my Charge is here."
The nocturne looked unimpressed at this, "your Charge? Here? I can assure you there's nothing here for you to protect. Please leave."
He tried to continue arguing, to tell this dragon he needed to be here. That's when he saw another Guardian. She was golden with bloody looking wings. He knew it was her, he had found his Charge. "You! I found you. You're my Charge!" He yelled towards the dragon.
She looked at him. Zemblas could tell she was frowning, though he couldn't see her eyes because of a veil blocking them. "Rhombic, darling, lock him out."
And with that, the door closed once again.
They let him in eventually, with much reluctance.
