the very first interstellar ice dragon was created when shards of ice came together in space. these chunks were fostered by deities that are yet unkown to us, and shrouded in protective magic before they fell as eggs into sornieth. as they hatched in their new environments, it appeared that it didn't much matter how they looked. over time, clear distinction between these dragons became more noticeable.

shark and iestyn are the first offiically recognized interstellar ice dragons. they are the defacto leaders, and long to see their bloodline throughout sornieth. apodis and his sister, celeste, are the first ever clutch to hatch and bear the title.
