BIOGRAPHY
The younger brother of Bleeding Heart, and the second in line for the throne. It's really only because his older brother refuses to take the seat, that he got the crown. He's far less talented in the leadership area, but he makes up for it with his inquisitive nature and his charisma.
His parents were of two warring countries, coming together to form a union of peace. The two countries divided the land between them as the foundation of a new nation, the one their sons would rule with a stern demeanor and a gentle negotiation. So Poppy was married to the Queen of the Garden, Amaryllis. Poppy appreciated this union only because of the benefits it granted his homeland and his family, but with time, as most plants do, it grew on him. His respect blossomed into a deep love for Amaryllis. And Yet, After some time, Poppy found himself alone, Amaryllis went without a word. He himself left, guilt and heartbreak had fallen over him and moved far away, to the land of the Lightweaver, finding himself among a ragtag group of dragons and gods, and settling down again, not with a mate, but among the clan's welcoming nobility. |
