Neir a carefree water dragon that was born to fight fires. You see within his body is a remarkable fluid that he is able to wield that can put out any flame. There is a cost, his reserves are not never-ending when the time comes he will run out. Generally leaves him exhausted and extremely nauseous. After a bit of time and well-earned rest, he will be back into tip-top fire putting out condition.
Neir has no idea where his unique ability comes from but it's able to be passed down to his kin. Neither of his parents seems to have it and none of his other siblings either. It's a scale scratching mystery. None the less Neir does not mind too much. Maybe his kids will care a bit more then he does.
His mate is Amaya who herself has another remarkable ability. She can't be burned. These two work to help fight fires of course. Maybe their offspring will follow in their claw steps?

(Name Here) was born with her father's ability to produce a liquid that can put out any flame. The cost of her ability is unknown. Will (Gender) have the same condition as her father where she has a limit on how much she can produce. Only time will tell. (Insert Personally trait here)
