Bramble

Among the clan's settlements, there was a place where two dragons managed the supplies for the Merchants of the clan and be the general providers. Both dragons, a male and female, were currently going through food, Materials, and diverse objects the Berserkers have aquired among their daily patrols and fights outside the clan's lair perimeter.

"You know" Bramble, the male coalt, piped up, examining one of the newly acquired Materials. "As much I look like a sparkly and fluffy blackberry, I never tried one" He said as he cleaned one of shells in the hoard by the table, making sure it looked pristine for the merchants coming to collect them. "I heard they taste good and they are very good for you!" he smiles as he carefully out the shell back on the table, shiny and clean.

"Of course you never tried one" The female dragon by him replied, amused as she sorted the ores by categories and put them in labelled buckets. "Your race have a seafood only diet, it's pretty obvious you wouldn't." she continued, squinting at an ore, trying to determine the quality with the lack of tools they had.

"Now, that's quite the assumption you are making!" the coalt exclaimed, letting go of the rag he was holding. "You don't know what I eat everyday!" The male coalt huffed and stared at the Female dragon who simply gave a glance, temporarely stopping her sorting work.

"Oh. I do, Bramble. I live and work here. With you." she deadpans, putting the ore in it's respective bucket as she kept her stare on the coalt. "I see you eat everyday and it's always seafood." she thinks for a little, tilting her head on the side. "Also because all the coalts I have met eats only seafood."

"Oh yeah." Bramble realizing about those forgotten details. "But" he piped up again. "Have you ever tried a blackberry?" he asked the female who hummed in response, thinking about the inquiry.

"Yes I did. I am not a fan, myself" she answers briefly. "I'm not much a fruit person, actually" she added, picking another from the hoard to inspect and sort. "But you know, Bramble, I'll try to see and find a blackberry for you to try." she smiles back to the Coalt. "At least, maybe after you tried it, you'll be feeling jammy?" she tilted her head again, thinking if this was the right word for the sentence.

Before Bramble could reply, Both of the dragons were greeted by one of the clan's Merchants, Maulk, coming to get his usual goods for his shop before opening.

This conversation about blackberries and general diet was to continue later. They had a job to do now.

Bramble, a coalt with many questions about many subjects, is one of the two suppliers in Sharpfang's clan. While he tends to get himself lost of the clouds of his mind, Bramble is a very capable worker and try to help in any ways to provide the rest of the clan.

As long it doesn't involve fighting because he's not a good fighter. He still try to forget about the incident from years back. What was the incident? Bramble doesn't want to talk about it but it did involve a member of the Berserkers.

He prefer to be a pacifist and that's that.

Unlike what other dragons thinks, Bramble has never tried any Blackberries. He never truly his parents asked if they had blackberries before he left them. He thinks it would ironic to be named Bramble when neither him or his parents tried the berry.

Or perhaps because he is blackberry colored, also very shiny.

Might, also, explain why his friends nicknames him shiny blackberry too. He thinks.

Oh well.

After The clan's Seer, Lazuli, has come forward with her vision of a calamity and being at the start of said calamity, Bramble and his work partner are working more than usual. The berserkers brings more objects from their expeditions and merchants are more demanding with their supplies. Bramble's job is thriving but he can't help but be worried of said vision.

All he can do for now is to keep doing his job.
