A single glance at Rosaline will instill one with a sense of gravity and intimidation. Though her garb is unassuming, the very way that she strides across the stone paths of her clanstead exudes a stone sense of poise.

Despite the fact that she came to her position very recently and very abruptly, it did not take long for Rosaline to gain Clan Thornhaven's respect and, to some extent, fear. Though most in the clan would agree that she does a far better job at putting food in everyone's mouth and treasure in everyone's pockets than her predecessor Crowlightning's, many are uneasy at the thought of just how Crowlightning was convinced to let Rosaline take her place. The rumors that Rosaline was an assassin before she took the position as leader and deliberator for the clan does not help.

Regardless, no matter what can be said about Rosaline's unnervingly nebulous past, it is known for certain that the clan has been far better off in her control. Food of all kinds runs plentiful, everyone has been given a role to fill in the community, and those who are worthy are kept with a roof over their heads and clothes on their back. However, there is more to be said of those who Rosaline does not determine to be "fit".
