wishlist: Swamphaunt skin

Adored by his father (as much as Riptide can love another being) for bringing him incredible glory and fame as well as cementing his position as a Clan Leader, Helios was the first-born Primal of the Clan. Many assumed his hatching was a sign of blessing or importance, possibly of things to come; that he would grow into a fabled cleric, a all-powerful sorcerer or a seer capable of interpretation beyond the scope of most - tales Riptide maintained and nurtured for personal gain. Everyone's expectations only grew heavier on Helios as he himself grew older, and have currently been nothing short of excruciating for he's reached the age most of his kind start feeling the pull of their Charge and leave to find it - to find their calling - something that hasn't happened yet for him. Helios wonders in secret if there is something wrong with him because of it.

Generally dedicated and hardworking, Helios takes his obligations as a son and as part of the Clan strongly to heart. He looks up to his parents and desires to live up to the expectations put on him. He does, however, have a rather vain and pig-headed streak, too, having grown up hearing of his inherent glory, and so can be strongly degrading to dragons he feels are beneath him - and, really, that's almost everyone. He treats these with no patience and rather patronisingly, and expects special treatment wherever he goes. He isn't trying to be mean - in fact, he has a kinder disposition than both his parents combined - and he will wholeheartedly put others under his wing and work to protect or do them a favour... But he'd also put them mercilessly down in the process, and remain completely blind to it happening. Helios thinks he's a great guy.
