Dantalion

History
If Void were capable of opening a portal without inviting some eldritch abomination into the lair, it certainly didn't happen with the appearance of Dantalion. The swirling vortex was interrupted by countless tendrils, their slick surface reflecting like mirrors. An unknown language scrawled in black ink across them as the formless mass entered Sornieth from worlds unfathomable. About
Dantalion is, to put it simply, an ancient eldritch entity from another dimension. One of Void's many portal-openings allowed him to slip a part of himself free from his prison of a dimension. Now, in a- ah- 'vaguely' dragon-shaped form, he spends his time in the Pit, feeding off the thoughts and knowledge of its inhabitants.

If one is brave enough, they can approach Dantalion, and he will tell you anything and everything. Of course, knowledge has its price. He's cruel enough to tell nobody about this price, however. For every piece of information he gives out, he takes a decade of servitude. Those he uses as servants go and gather for him new knowledge, as it is ever growing and never-ending.

If one is lucky enough to learn something new that the entity is not yet privy to, they can very easily make a deal with Dantalion in their favor. They should be very careful about the terms however, as he is renowned for finding loopholes in such agreements.
